Possible communication scenarios

Re-curring Issues:

1. Instructor or University Policies & General Issues

  • Issue pertains to course due dates, syllabus inconsistencies, course disagreements, disability accommodations, etc.

2. Technology Settings (Student side)

  • Student can not view or load webpage, assignment, or video
  • Student able to access content or assessment, but unable to view it properly
  • Student unable to OR does not know how to access an assignment or assessment
  • Assessment ended abruptly or automatically submitted (for a grade)

3. Instructor’s Settings (Instructor side)

  • Assessment ended abruptly due to a technical difficulty and requires re-setting
  • Student unable to submit or re-submit an assignment
  • Student wants to check if something has been submitted or completed
  • Student unable to access an assignment or assessment that is supposed to be available
