How to use adaptive release to control who can access a specific content

Adaptive release controls the release of content to users based on a set of rules you create. The most common adaptive release is to allow access to specific users, or allow students to view a particular resource only after they have attained a minimum score on a quiz. Please note, when set up adaptive release, the best practice is to use only one criteria.

To release content to specific users, navigate an course item, click contextual menu and then select adaptive release. Under membership, click Browse and then search student in the course, check students and then click Submit. Do not select other criteria such as grade together with membership.

To release content base on grade, navigate an course item, click contextual menu and then select adaptive release. Under Grade, select assignment and then score criteria. Click Submit. Do not use Grade together with other criteria.
